Mohammad Omar is the Founder and CEO of Cortex since 2018, he has also been the Managing Director of TTISI- Egypt and Saudi Arabia since 2019. Prior to that, he was CEO of ProMark; an HR consultancy firm.

MO started his career in the sales function in the pharmaceutical arena where he proved success in managing people.

MO is master certifying assessor in TTISI one of the leaders in the psychometric assessment in Egypt and KSA.

MO has more than 25 years in volunteering field. In 2004, he established Zedny; an NGO specialized in youth development. Zedny trained over 400,000 people.

MO is an international figure in World Scout Movement as he has had a lot of volunteering leadership roles over the past years.
